Eva Longoria in BEBE Sport CampaignExercise Facts! Exercise! Exercise! This is what we are told every day on television, books, and magazines. It is wonderful for our health. However, some people need a bit more nudging to get the ball rolling. If you are one of these people, here are 10 reasons to begin exercising today.
Exercise and Energy LevelStudies have shown that if you exercise every day, you will increase your energy level. As-a-matter of fact, those that exercise feel lethargic and tired on days they skip a work-out routine.
Exercise and Strong BonesAs we get older, our bones tend to become more brittle. However, exercising and putting consistent pressure on your bones can help to make them stronger. Women who regularly exercise throughout their life have less problems with osteoporosis.
Exercise Improves Self ImageAlthough we would like to not believe it, body image is connected to self image. If we don't like our body, we won't have a positive self image. Exercising helps to improve that self image along with body image.
Exercising and SleepingAs long as you exercise two hours before bed, exercise can improve the quality of your sleep. If you have a problem with insomnia, try beginning a morning exercise routine.
Exercising and SocializingExercising is a great way to meet and get together with friends. If you go to a gym you will meet people that have similar priorities as your own. If you exercise with a work-out buddy, this time is great to talk and catch up on your lives.
Exercise and DepressionExercising releases endorphins into the body that help fight depression. The more you exercise, the less depressed you will be.
Exercising and WeightIf you are overweight, exercising is one of the best ways to lose. The more calories you burn when you exercise, the more fat you will lose. It is simple physics. Muscle burns more calories than fat. This means that the more you exercise, the more muscle you add to your body. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn doing nothing at all.
Exercise and SexExercise has been shown to be a great aphrodisiac. There are many people who believe massages and soft music awaken sexuality, but exercise actually does a better job. The more you exercise, the more active you will feel. The more active you feel, the more you will feel like having sex.
Exercise and the HeartExercising not only works your muscles, but also your heart. Your heart is the most important muscle/organ you have. It is what keeps you alive. The more you exercise your heart, the less risk you have for a heart attack or stroke.
Exercise and Immune SystemPeople who regularly exercise have a better chance of fighting off illnesses and infections than those that are sedentary. Exercise has actually been shown to boost the immune system.
These are ten more reasons to begin a regular exercise routine today. The more you do for your body today, the more it will do for you in the future.

This morning is my very first exercise for the last 2 months maybe, YAIY FINALLY!
My mom and I realized that we (as a woman who LOVE to eat) have to BURN our Excessive FAT as soon as possible.
Fortunately, there is sport center nearby my new house, so we decided to join the Body Language Class ( I adopt "Beyonce curve" mindset, so it is more important for me to have a dense curvy shape rather than being skinny with no curve)
To be honest with you, IT WAS LIKE HELL of HELL
I was so VERY VERY Exhausted, because its been a very long time i don't do any exercise, so I was being so very easy to feel tired.
FYI my instructor even told me to do 500 sit-up (Usher do 1000 sit-up, well if it is being compared with Usher i should've do sit-up at least errr 50??!)
HOWEVER, after having the exercise :
I feel much much BETTER about myself, it is about my confidence and self-image. I truly believe that actually health is coming from inner to outer.
So you have to feel what I feel, wake up lazy ass and burn your fat and be fabulous!!
